Colliers Hill is Erie's newest master-planned community and one of the better-executed ones on the Front Range. Built around a central park and recreation amenity spine, with an outdoor pool complex and trail system integrated into the design from the beginning, the neighborhood has attracted a younger buyer demographic that wants the space and price point of the northern Front Range with more social infrastructure than traditional suburban development provides. The Front Range mountain views from the western streets are genuine and unobstructed, and the community's growth trajectory continues to add value to early buyers.
