Brian MacDonald

Brian MacDonald is a Compass Associate Broker, co-leader of the Arrival Point Properties team, and one of Lafayette's most recognized community figures — a longtime Indian Peaks resident who has built both his career and his life around the same neighborhoods he helps clients buy and sell in every day.

Before real estate, Brian accumulated the kind of background that explains why he's so good at it. He graduated from West Point, served as a U.S. Army officer, and then spent 21 years in biotech, eventually leading national and global sales operations responsible for nearly $100 million annually. He traded that career for one with fewer flights and more connection — to his family, his community, and the work in front of him. Within three years of entering real estate, he was a Top Producer. He's been one ever since, alongside his partner Brooke Weathers.
