Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using arrivalpointproperties.com (the "Site"), operated by Arrival Point Properties in association with Compass ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to research neighborhoods, view property listings, and learn about our services. You agree not to:
- Use the Site or any content for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that infringes the rights of any third party.
- Scrape, harvest, or copy listing data, photographs, or other content from the Site for redistribution or commercial use.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or any networks connected to the Site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
Intellectual property and content
All editorial content, brand marks, photography produced by us, neighborhood guides, market insights, and other original content on the Site are owned by Arrival Point Properties and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Property listing data displayed in the Portfolio section is the property of the participating brokerages and the relevant Multiple Listing Service. Listing photographs and descriptions are copyrighted by their respective owners. Reuse of MLS data without permission is prohibited.
Listing data accuracy
Property listings displayed on the Site are sourced from the MLS via our IDX provider, SimplyRETS, and are provided as a courtesy for consumer use. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the feed accurate, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any listing. Prices, status (active, pending, sold), and property details may change without notice. Buyers should independently verify all information prior to making any purchase decision, including but not limited to price, square footage, school assignment, lot lines, permits, and HOA terms.
MLS compliance
Listings are provided through the IDX program of the participating MLS. The information is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties. The Site, Arrival Point Properties, and Compass are not responsible for typographical errors, misinformation, or misprints in the MLS feed, and the data herein is provided without warranty or guarantee of any kind.
Tools and third-party services
The SchoolsByAddress tool returns school-assignment information based on third-party data provided by SchoolDigger. School boundaries and assignments change; always confirm directly with the relevant school district before making a purchasing decision based on school assignment. Map data is provided by Mapbox. We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party data.
No professional advice
Content on the Site, including market insights, neighborhood guides, FAQs, and the Curated Vendor List, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Limitation of liability
